How Our Home Repair Programs Work
Northland Neighborhoods, Inc. (NNI) helps eligible homeowners in Clay and Platte counties maintain safe, healthy homes through home repair assistance programs. Depending on eligibility and available funding, repairs may be provided at little or no cost.
To get started, call 816-454-2000 or e-mail info@nni.org and ask to speak with a housing associate. Our team will gather information about your home, answer your questions, and help determine which programs may best fit your needs.
