Public Improvement Advisory Committee (PIAC) – PUBLIC MEETING
This public meeting is being held so that the PIAC Representatives can hear from citizens about the City’s public improvement needs.
This session of Cop Talk will be dedicated to Crime Watch Training, held at the Gladstone Community Center, 70th and N. Holmes.
“Cop Talk” is held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, beginning at 6:00 p.m., featuring officers for Northland area patrol divisions discussing topics of interest to area citizens.
Officers from the Shoal Creek Patrol Division and North Patrol will be present to disucss issues in the Northland and answer questions.
NNI Annual Board Meeting. All are welcome to attend. Neighborhood’s that are members of NNI will have one vote per neighborhood on any action items, including board a vote for our Board of Directors.
Chuck Cuda, Keller Williams Real Estate, will present plans for Re-Development of Apple Market Strip Mall located at 3533 NE Vivion Road . This is a public meeting.
Clay County Sheriff Paul C. Vescovo, III will touch on Community Policing Efforts, Neighborhood Safety, & other various topics.
This is a public meeting, questions and answer will follow the program.
This session of LeaderWorks will feature Diane Binckley of Kansas City Planning and Development. Ms. Binckley will present “Nuisance Businesses: KC Laws and Enforcement“. Jeff Williams, of Western Missouri Legal Aid, will also attend to discuss what services Legal Aid has to offer neighborhoods.
Neighborhood leaders or northland residents who may want to be a leader, are invited to come share thoughts with other leaders and learn more about neighborhood organization and how to get things done.
NNI hosts 11th Annual Awards Breakfast, to honor influential leaders of the Northland.

The 1st District Problem-Solving series features Kansas City, MO Mayor Pre Tem Scott Wagner and Councilwoman Heather Hall addressing topics of concern for residents in the northland area.
“Senior Workshop” is held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, and features guest speakers discussing topics of interest to our senior citizens.
