Neighborhood Roundtable Meetings
PURPOSE: To provide a venue for neighborhood persons to convene and discuss important topics and share their experiences with other participants.
BACKGROUND: Understanding that neighborhood issues can be complex, NNI desires to empower Northlanders by addressing requested topics with insightful talks by experts in the field and allotting time for discussion and reflection by participants. These meetings are conducted with the understanding that oftentimes it is easy to become isolated and feel discouraged. NNI’s goal is for participants to feel more confident in their understanding of the topic and encouraged by the support of other neighborhood leaders from the meeting.
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: Metro area residents are encouraged to participate.
