Welcome to the EXCEL Class Members website. Northland Neighborhoods, Inc. established this webiste as a resource center for our Experience in Community Enterprise and Leadership (EXCEL) program members.
Northland EXCEL is designed to help participants develop their leadership by learning how to apply skills, knowledge and attitude to guide their neighborhoods to success. The program is an intense learning experience and requires attendance at sponsored sessions. In order to receive a Certificate of Completion, participants are expected to attend all sponsored sessions, including orientation, retreat and graduation activities.
