| Christy manages the S.M.A.R.T. grant, a home repair grant to assist low-to-moderate income households in targeted communities of Kansas City and Gladstone, Missouri. |
| Jennifer manages the Community Development programs, specifically, she partners with existing community resources to design educational workshop series, develop leadership training, and implement strategic planning to northland neighborhoods. Additionally, Jennifer administers the Clay County Senior Service Handyman grant |
| Janet manages senior programming; event coordination; membership renewal systems and communication efforts; volunteer coordination and tracking and reporting; Focus Center duties; and developing relationships with area business and neighborhoods.
