About Northland Neighborhoods, Inc.
Northland Neighborhoods, Inc. (NNI) is a nonprofit community development corporation established in June 1996. We help connect people to resources in the community, and we assist neighborhoods, community leaders and businesses by empowering them to make positive changes.
NNI assists in organizing neighborhoods and acts as a resource for neighborhood planning and revitalization. We organize community service projects to benefit residents, including the elderly or handicapped.
NNI is designated by Kansas City to assist residents who meet certain guidelines to apply for weatherization, minor home repair, barrier removal and paint grants.
